Kylie is an experienced Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2008. With extensive experience across musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, Kylie has developed a special interest in Women’s and Pelvic Health.

Kylie has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Women’s and Pelvic Health training through the Australian Physiotherapy Association and enjoys helping women at all stages of life. She treats a range of pelvic health concerns, including urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postnatal concerns, diastasis rectus abdominis (DRAM), and genitourinary symptoms associated with menopause.

Kylie also has experience in the management of neck and back pain, sports injuries and rehabilitation. Her treatment approach may incorporate exercise rehabilitation, Pilates-based exercises and dry needling, with a focus on helping people build strength, confidence and return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of physiotherapy, Kylie is a busy mum of three young children. She has always had a strong interest in sport and continues to play basketball. When she’s not at work or on the basketball court, Kylie loves getting outdoors, heading to the beach and going on road trips and adventures with her family.
